Madison Jacoby

Tempe Location

This month Tempe proudly proclaims our employee of the month to be Madison Jacoby! She is the first person you see when you walk in and always as a smile on her face. She has been part of our amazing team for 3 months now. Madison works our host stand and take out window like no other and is always willing to do what the team needs. Soon she will start to work the floor and wait tables. We are beyond excited to see where she will go in this company!

Darin Shepherd

North Phoenix Location

Spinato’s Bell Rd is proud to announce Darin Shepherd as our employee of the month! While things heat up outside Darin keeps everyone cool in the kitchen. On any given night, he works any position in the kitchen with a smile on his face. He always has a fantastically positive attitude and is committed to providing our guests with the exceptional food and service they have come to expect from Spinato’s.

Keiko Murakami

Central Phoenix Location (Front of the House)

Spinato’s of Central Phoenix proudly announces Keiko Murakami as our Front to House Employee of The Month. She has been with Spinato’s since we opened here November of 2013. She is a server and gives our guest’s the Spinato’s Experience. You will always find Keiko smiling and making jokes throughout her shifts. She recently started training behind the bar and has become a master mixologist in no time! She has created lasting memories for your guest and the rest of the team here at Spinato’s. When you have the honor to meet her the next time you are in be sure to congratulate her.

Jason Groves

Central Phoenix Location (Heart of the House)

Spinato’s of Central Phoenix is proud to announce Jason Groves as our Heart of House Employee of the Month. He has been with us since September of 2015. Jason works primarily on the pizza line creating all your favorite and delicious pizza. He can work in several different stations in the kitchen, and is good at all of them. Jason is a true leader and coach in the kitchen with the rest of the staff. Jason is always willing to lend a hand and takes pride in our food and our guests. He has a great since of humor and keeps the morale high for the whole team. We truly appreciate him and his hard work and dedication.

Emma-Li Thompson

Scottsdale Location

Emma-Li has been with Spinato’s for a little over two years.  She is always available to pick up shifts and help her family members out.  Her guests love her as well!  Her energy is contagious and she commits herself to having a positive attitude and giving the Spinato’s Experience.  In her free time, Emma-Li loves to bake and sing loudly in her car.  She loves to draw and painting pottery at “As You Wish”.  Some of her favorite things to do are see action movies, dining out, and napping!

Way to go Emma-Li!

Michael Danner

Ahwatukee Location (Front of the House)

Our FOH EOM is Michael Danner! We have so many Mike’s here in Ahwatukee Spinato’s, you’ll probably never hear him called by his first name. Around here we know him as “Danner” and he is one of the best bartenders and servers that have been part of our family.  Danner started with Spinato’s about 3 years ago at our Central Phoenix location and has done just about every Front of House position from cashier to manager. Danner is our in-house bar guru so if you want to know about wine or the fine art of bartending, he’s your man. Ask for him next time you stop in and be sure to congratulate him for being such a rock star!

Christopher Thompson

Ahwatukee Location (Heart of the House)

I’d like you to meet our new sauté cook Chris. He comes to us with cooking experience, so our sauté menu was no problem for him to pick up immediately. His work is excellent and I am so proud every time he creates food for our guests. In only his third month as an employee, he receives this honor. It’s more than just the love he puts into his food. It is showing up every day on time with a positive attitude! Sometimes you just can’t teach those qualities and Chris exhibits these traits throughout!
