Employees of the Month – August ’18

Congratulations to our seven employees of the month. Your hard work and dedication makes you true ambassadors of “The Spinato’s Experience”.

Maria Lindner

Tempe Location

Tempe is proud to Announce that this month employee of the month is none other than Maria Lindner. This year will be her 15th year being part of our family. She has worked at all 5 of our valley locations but right now she calls Tempe her home. Maria is a jack of all trades but mainly you will find her table side making you feel at home and giving you the Spinatos experience. When she is not at work you can beat that she is at home watching her Chicago Cubs with her family and friends.

Thank Maria for all your hard work!!!

Andrew White

North Phoenix Location

Spinato’s on Bell Road is proud to announce Andrew “Andy” White as our employee of the month. Andy has been a delivery driver for us since January of 2015. He has always taken a lot of pride in making sure all pizzas are delivered hot and fresh. He is very passionate about Spinato’s and truly loves his family inside and outside of work. You can always count on him for anything you might need.  We are truly lucky to have him as a part of our family! The next time you have a delivery and have the privilege of having him deliver your order, be sure to give him a huge congratulations because he deserves it.

Good job Andy!

Jay Garcia

Central Phoenix Location (Front of the House)

EOM for FOH is Jay Garcia! Jay joined the family just over a year ago when his girlfriend (and now fiancé!) recommended him for hire and it was one of the best decisions we made! Jay started with us as a cashier and even though he is still rocking it out over there in our pick-up area, he is now one of our main bussers that you’ll probably see running circles around the restaurant on Friday nights.  Jay is currently going to NAU for exercise science to hopefully be a physical therapist one day and has a passion for cars so if you’re ever in the store and spot him, feel free to pick his brain about Tessla’s, anatomy, or his flame-covered crocs that he insists on wearing.

Thank you so much for your hard work Jay, we love you and your ridiculous shoe choices.

Hunter Novak

Central Phoenix Location (Heart of the House)

Hunter has been working in the Heart of House for about three and half years now and is one of our HOH Leads. If you come eat at our Central Phoenix location, there’s a good chance Hunter opened the kitchen that day. He balances two jobs, going to school, and still shows up with his game face on to cut pizzas with laser precision no matter how fast they’re pouring out of the oven. You will seriously lose a finger if you get in Hunter’s zone…. but that’s OK, because he’s studying to become an EMT, so he can patch you right back up afterward.

Thanks for being a part of the Spinato’s Family, Hunter!

Erica Mayer

Scottsdale Location

Erica has been a part of our Scottsdale family for about 2 years!  She is a 2nd grade teacher and her kids love her.  She works so hard shaping our future leaders and then comes in to help all her regulars out! Erica has a lot of people that come to Spinato’s not only for the great food, but for Erica and her bubbly personality!

Keep up the great work, Erica! We appreciate you!

Lauren Johnson

Ahwatukee Location (Front of the House)

Store 5 is pleased to announce Lauryn Johnson as our employee of the month. Lauryn has been a family member since August 2016. She attends U of A studying Political Science. Her favorite menu item is the Nicole’s New Favorite. Always willing to go above and beyond for her family, she is a crucial part of store 5’s team.

Thank you for all you do for us!

Morgan Thomas

Ahwatukee Location (Heart of the House)

Morgan has been a great asset to our kitchen staff.  She has been with the company for 8 months now and knows several stations.  She takes it upon herself to learn as much as she can to be a great team player.  Morgan will be learning the sauté station next and then she will start Lead training.  In her time away from work, she spends it with her family.  She is starting to work towards her passion of becoming a freelance Make-up artist.

Congratulations and thank you again for your hard work and dedication.
