Employees of the Month – September ’18

Congratulations to our seven employees of the month. Your hard work and dedication makes you true ambassadors of “The Spinato’s Experience”.

Madison Jacoby

Tempe Location

Tempe is proud to announce this month’s employee of the month is Madison Jacoby! Madison started off as a cashier over a year ago and now can be found mainly giving the Spinatos experience as your waitress. Madison is all smiles and laughs during her shifts. When Madison is not at work you can either find her attending class at ASU or hanging out with her dog Gale.

Thank you, Madison, for all your Hard work! You are truly nothing but amazing!

Ty Baker

North Phoenix Location

North Phoenix Spinato’s would like to congratulate Ty Baker as our Employee of The Month. Ty has been a part of our family since November 2014. This is not the first time he has won this award, and rightfully so. He works in the kitchen creating the most beautiful and tasty salads for our guests. Don’t be fooled though because he wears many hats here. Outside of work you will find him playing video games, drawing and spending time with his family. He is very quiet but never short of being humble, compassionate, and just a wonderful person to be around.

We appreciate you, Ty and great job!

Hannah Kearns

Central Phoenix Location (Front of the House)

Hannah Kearns is our Employee of the Month for the Front of House at Central Phoenix. Hannah makes every shift she works at our store a little bit brighter. She’s been with us since April and we’ve already got her training other hosts and working three different positions at the restaurant. Hannah is full of great questions and questionable trivia (mostly regarding the life and times of cetaceans). In addition to being a stellar coworker and all-around good person she’s a mean one at teaching a Rubik’s Cube who’s boss. If see her working in the lobby and have the nerves of steel, it would take to challenge her to a Rubik’s Cube solve-off…. try it. She will destroy you.

Thank you for all you do Hannah!

Adriana Canil

Central Phoenix Location (Heart of the House)

Our employee of the month is Adriana Canil! She is the niece of one of our veteran pizza line cooks Male Meija. She moved from Guatemala to pursue school and save up money. She has almost been here for 2 years and has become one of the pizza cooks that I rely on. Adriana’s also part of my all girl pizza line on Friday nights and they absolutely kill it! In her free time, she goes to school and is learning English. She also loves music and dancing, when she’s in a good mood expect to see here grooving to the music while making pizzas!

Thank you for all that you do Adriana!!

Joe Kefalinos

Scottsdale Location

Joe has been a part of our family for 8 months now and is such an amazing part of our team!  He has learned and grown so much in the short time he has been here.  we can’t imagine life without him!  In Joes spare time, he likes to watch football and work on his car.

Thanks, Joe for all you do!

Omar Alvarez

Ahwatukee Location (Front of the House)

Omar has worked for Spinato’s for the last three years. He assists as a GSR, Cashier, ESP, food runner, busser, and prep for HOH. A true team player will help out his family members whenever possible.  He is currently enrolled at MCC studying business and plans on enlisting in the United States Marine Corps.

Way to go Omar!

Alexis Frances

Ahwatukee Location (Heart of the House)

Ahwatukee would like to announce the HoH employee of the month to be Alexis Frances! Alexis, who also goes by Sebastian, has been with the company for almost four years now. He is one of our leads in the back of the house and has mastered every single station. Make sure to congratulate him whether he’s making beautiful pizzas, gorgeous salads, or our ever-so delicious pastas. While he isn’t at work, Alexis enjoys his time with his new born daughter or playing the new expansion for Destiny 2. He’s been a huge part of our success and provides the Spinato’s experience for everyone!

Thanks Alexis! Way to be a team player!
